1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 Lilly Ro offers a full refund or exchange on all of our products.

We want to make sure you love our product as much as we loved designing it for you! If you are not 100% happy we aim to please, you may return your order for a full refund or exchange providing the following requirements are met:

  • The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • The item must not be worn, washed or altered in any way
  • We will not refund the postage cost unless product is faulty 

2. HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

For all returns please contact orders@lillyro.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorisations (RA) number for you.
Once the returned item is received, a replacement item (if exchanged) will be sent - or we can simply issue a full refund minus the shipping fee.

3. ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Lilly Ro for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.

4. WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

We offer a full refund (including return shipping cost) unless you’re happy with an exchange or replacement. To speed up the process we recommend you take some pictures that can be emailed to us.
